We are offering a special cancellation policy on all bookings made between 17th to 31st Jan 2021. The special policy is applicable on all types of bookings (with or without discount). Below are the Terms & Conditions:
- Cancellations made 48 hours prior to departure date (not counting the departure day) : 96% Cash Refund.
- Cancellation made within 48 hours of departure date (not counting the departure day) : 100% Bikat Voucher Valid for 1 year.
- Cancellations on the day of departure or no show : No refund.
- Cash refund is only applicable on bookings made by paying full amount.
- In case of cash refund requests, the same shall be processed within 7 working days.
- The special policy is only applicable on fresh bookings made between 17th to 31st Jan 2021.
- All bookings before 17th Jan are covered under our standard cancellation policy.
