The Dhauladhar Hidden Lakes Trek takes you to seven secret lakes on the high ridges of the Dhauladhar Lakes. We start by trekking to Kareri Lake on the first day and then ascend the 4000 m Minkiani Pass to access Lam Dal. Since these lakes are considered very holy to the locals, camping above Lam Dal is prohibited, so we take a day hike the next day to visit the remaining 5 lakes, with amazing views of the Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal ranges to the North, and the Punjab plains to the South. We make our return journey back via Minkiani Pass.
