I have been to 6 Himalayan treks so far, and Pin Bhaba Pass definitely tops the list. A part of me is still lingering in the meadows of Mulling, sleeping at the river bed of Pushtirang and enjoying the snow slide at Pin Bhaba Pass.
So far, Pin Bhaba Pass is the most beautiful trek for me. Check out these photos, and I bet you will be convinced too!
Day 1: Dreamy Feeling at Mulling Meadows
Pin Bhaba trek gets exciting from the first day itself. I haven’t seen so many scenic views on the first day in any other trek. The trail from Kafnu to Mulling passes through a riveting series of pine tree forest and meadows. Most of the trail traverses along the Bhaba River and finally ends at vast meadows of the Mulling. Blora Peak sits atop at Mulling and the Bhaba River flows silently through the meadows.

Day 2: Peaceful and Composed Kara Camp Site
If the first day was so beautiful, then you can imagine what other days are going to be like. Mulling to Kara is a 5km walk where you cross the Negul Valley on the way. Keep your eyes open for the amazing flowers at the Negul Valley. Kara camp site welcomes you with the floral carpet of pink flowers, snow kissed mountains and yet another landscape of vast green meadows

Day 3: Stream Crossing Toward Pushtirang
As you leave for the Pushtirang, you will come across numerous stream crossings between Kara and Pasha meadows. Trek from Kara to the Pushtirang is a bit steep, but Pushtirang is the most beautiful camp site on this trail. Spend some time exploring the river bed adorned with infinite flowers, watch the horses grazing in the dusk and look out for the clouds playing hide and seek in the valley.

Day 4: Best View After the Hardest Climb at Pin Bhaba Pass
You are going to need every bit of energy today since it is going to be a tough climb. You are going to gain the altitude of 2,500ft. It is going to be challenging, but once you reach the pass, you will see that it is worth it. Get clicked at 16,125 ft., you deserve it. On the way down to the Bara Boulder, enjoy the snow slides and witness the contrasting barren Pin Valley.

Day 5: Walk in the Barren Valley of Spiti
After 5 days of strenuous trekking, you will finally enter civilization at Mudh Village. Mudh is the last village of Spiti. Take this opportunity to witness the culture of Spiti and explore the village.
